During my time working under the AA and BSM brands, I became a trainer of Driving Instructor Trainees (DIT) coaching and guiding them through parts 1, 2 and 3 of the qualification process to become a fully qualified Approved Driving Instructor registered on the DVSA database.  I have developed this independently under Blue Cherry Driving, taking my previous experiences to formulate a personalised approach to training for newcomers to the industry.
